On this website specifically, if you arrive from an advertisement or a tagged link we also store the campaign tags it carried (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term and fbclid) and the referring website alongside your enquiry, so we can tell which campaigns produce real conversations. We do not collect payment details on this website, and we do not ask for anything sensitive here.

Where you accept cookies, we load Google Analytics and the Meta pixel, and we send a hashed version of your email address or phone number to Meta so it can match your enquiry to the advertisement you saw. Hashing means Meta receives a scrambled value rather than the address itself. If you decline in the cookie banner, neither is loaded and no measurement data is sent.
