On this website specifically, if you arrive from an advertisement or a tagged link we also store the campaign tags it carried (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term and fbclid) and the referring website alongside your enquiry, so we can tell which campaigns produce real conversations. We do not collect payment details on this website, and we do not ask for anything sensitive here.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

3. View tracking

Our platform tracks publicly available engagement metrics from supported social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. These metrics may include views, likes, comments, shares, post URLs and upload dates. We do not access private account information unless authorised by the account owner.

4. Connected YouTube channels

Our platform uses YouTube API Services. A creator working on a campaign may connect their YouTube channel through Google sign-in. With their consent, and on read-only permissions only, we receive the channel's name, ID and thumbnail; the videos on it with their public statistics; and channel analytics such as watch time, average percentage viewed and aggregated audience reports. Audience figures arrive already grouped by YouTube and never identify an individual viewer.

We use this solely to confirm the creator owns the channel they registered and to measure the performance of videos posted for a campaign, so creators are paid accurately and clients see verified reports. We never upload, edit or delete anything on a connected channel, never use YouTube data for advertising, and never sell it or pass it on beyond that reporting.

Connecting a channel is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. A creator can disconnect at any time inside the platform, or revoke our access entirely from Google's security settings page. We then stop collecting from that channel immediately and delete the stored YouTube data for it within 30 days.

Editoz Clipping's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Advertising measurement on this website. Where you accept cookies, we load Google Analytics and the Meta pixel, and we send a hashed version of your email address or phone number to Meta so it can match your enquiry to the advertisement you saw. Hashing means Meta receives a scrambled value rather than the address itself. If you decline in the cookie banner, neither is loaded and no measurement data is sent.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only with payment providers, cloud hosting providers, analytics providers, and legal authorities when required by law.

7. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. These include encryption, secure authentication, role-based permissions, access controls and regular monitoring. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

8. Data retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

9. Cookies

Our website may use cookies to keep users logged in, remember preferences, analyse website traffic and improve user experience. You may disable cookies through your browser settings. On this website, analytics and advertising cookies load only after you accept them in the banner; to change your mind later, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner returns.

10. Your rights
