Terms and conditions
These Terms govern your use of the Editoz Clipping platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to them.
Last updated August 2026
Effective date: 9 August 2026
A clipping campaign is additionally governed by the written agreement you sign for it. Where that agreement and these Terms differ on the scope, the fee or the term of your campaign, the agreement applies.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
2. Services
Editoz Clipping provides:
- Clipping campaign management
- Client dashboards
- Performance tracking
- Clipper management
- Campaign reporting
3. Campaign types
Editoz Clipping offers two campaign tracks:
- Public campaigns - managed through the Whop marketplace, subject to Whop's platform rules, minimum budget and fee structure in addition to these Terms.
- Private campaigns - delivered on a retainer basis under a fixed-scope program (clipper count, clip volume and duration as set out in the applicable contract or invoice).
4. Client responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide content they own or have permission to use.
- Supply accurate campaign information.
- Pay invoices on time.
- Cooperate during campaign execution.
5. Clipper responsibilities
Clippers agree to:
- Submit original work.
- Follow campaign guidelines.
- Meet agreed posting requirements.
- Avoid copyright infringement.
- Avoid purchasing fake engagement.
- Comply with platform rules.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the platform. Clippers found purchasing or artificially inflating engagement (bots, click farms, engagement pods or similar) will have the affected clips excluded from campaign performance totals and payment, and may be removed from the platform and from current or future campaigns without further compensation for that campaign.
6. Non-circumvention
Clients and Clippers introduced to one another through Editoz Clipping agree not to engage each other directly outside the platform - including for payment, future campaigns or ongoing content arrangements - to avoid platform fees, for the duration of the campaign and for 12 months after its conclusion, without Editoz Clipping's written consent. Violation of this clause may result in account suspension and does not limit any other remedy available to Editoz Clipping.
7. Payments
Clients agree to pay all fees according to their selected program. Payments are due according to the agreed contract. Late payments may result in campaign suspension.
8. Refund policy
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:
- Payments are generally non-refundable once campaign work has begun.
- Approved refunds are issued at Editoz Clipping's discretion or where required by law.
9. Intellectual property and dedicated pages
Clients retain ownership of their original content for private campaigns. Clippers retain ownership of original creative work unless rights are assigned by contract for private campaigns and all public campaigns. Editoz Clipping retains ownership of its software, branding, website, dashboards, platform features and documentation.
For private campaigns, dedicated social media pages created for a client's personal brand belong to the client. Upon expiration, non-renewal or termination of the campaign, Editoz Clipping will transfer login credentials and administrative access for these pages to the client within a commercially reasonable timeframe, provided all outstanding invoices have been paid in full.
10. Analytics and performance
Analytics displayed on the platform are based on information obtained from publicly available sources and third-party platforms. Except where a written campaign agreement states a specific view guarantee for that campaign, Editoz Clipping does not guarantee specific view counts, viral performance, revenue increases or social media algorithm behaviour.
Where a campaign agreement does state a view guarantee, the qualifying criteria, delivery period, eligible platforms, view-validation method and any remedy are set out in that agreement, and the guarantee has no effect until it is signed. The guarantee described on this website applies to qualifying public campaigns and does not apply to private retainer campaigns.
The results shown under Our work on this website were produced by the Editoz distribution team for the named clients, and each card links to the live post so you can check it. They are examples of past work, not a forecast. Network and onboarding figures describe capacity and process, not promises about the performance of any individual clip.
11. Acceptable use
Users may not:
- Attempt unauthorised access.
- Upload malicious software.
- Violate copyright laws.
- Harass other users.
- Misrepresent campaign results.
- Interfere with platform operations.
12. Suspension
Editoz Clipping may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Fraud
- Abuse
- Non-payment
- Violation of these Terms
- Illegal activity
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Editoz Clipping shall not be liable for lost profits, indirect damages, platform downtime, third-party service interruptions, social media platform changes, algorithm updates, or actions, policies or fee changes made by third-party marketplaces such as Whop. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
14. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold Editoz Clipping harmless from claims arising out of their content, their campaigns, their misuse of the platform, or their violation of these Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Editoz Clipping is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. The governing jurisdiction for your campaign is confirmed in your campaign agreement.
16. Changes to the Terms
Editoz Clipping may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Contact
